Virginia’s 2025 statehouse and governorship elections will be viewed as a referendum on Trump and the Republican’s MAGA-fueled agenda.
All five of these carefully-vetted House of Delegates candidates are challenging Republican incumbents in close-but-winnable races where your dollars can make a difference. Votes for these down-ballot candidates will also help bring out votes for Abigail Spanberger, the Democratic candidate for Governor. And they will help preserve or expand the current one-seat Democratic majority. We recommend that you give ASAP. Early dollars have the greatest impact.
Grassroots organizers are crucial to turning out the vote in under-represented communities, especially in state and local elections. They build long-term relationships and earn voters’ trust.

In 2025 we are working to:
help elect progressive candidate Judge Susan Crawford to the WI Supreme Court (objective achieved on April 1).
defeat the Big Brutal Budget bill and the SAVE Act (which would impact voting rights nationwide).
elect Democrats to the Virginia House of Delegates and elect Abigail Spanberger to be the next Governor of VA. (We kicked off this effort on June 24.)
retain a liberal majority on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court - 3 seats are at stake in 2025.
prepare to win back the US House in 2026.
oppose the tsunami of undemocratic actions pushed by the the current administration. (See our weekly bulletins.)
