It looks as if springtime in DC will be the time for us to march and rally for what we believe are essential American values and policies. We'll post a running tally of upcoming rallies. Here's a start:

Why act?

Come to this page for a regularly updated list of specific actions you can take to resist the Trump administration.

Actions will in many cases need to be bigger and bolder than what we are used to. Making donations, participating in marches and contacting our representatives in Congress (if we have them!) are all vitally important. But from immigration to climate change to women’s rights to racial and religious discrimination, the threats we are facing are more profound and more personal than many of us have confronted in our lifetimes. We need to show we mean business. That is why we call our group NOPE! – Neighbors Organizing for Power & Equality. We embrace Barbara Kingsolver’s declaration in a recent op-ed: “We refuse to disappear.”
